Presentation Quideline
Instructions for
Presenters
*Speakers are requested to be in their respective session
rooms at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement of each
session.
*The duration of a Keynote Presentation is 40 minutes
including 35 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q&A.
The duration of a Invited Presentation is 25 minutes
including 20 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q&A.
The duration of a regular presentation is 15 minutes
including 12 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of Q&A.
We would appreciate if all presenters can adhere strictly to
this time limit.
*Presentation must be carried our using Microsoft PowerPoint
or PDF. No slide projectors will be made available.
*The presentation materials should be brought on a USB,
memory stick or a similar memory device and be uploaded on
to the session PC 10 minutes prior to the start of the
session.
Instructions for Poster
*The duration of each poster is 5 minutes of brief
introduction. The posters will be assigned in the specific
conference rooms. Poster presenters are requested to
transfer the home-made posters to the onsite staff 30
minutes prior to the commencement of each poster session.
*At least one author should be present for each poster during
the poster session.

Best Oral/Poster Presentation Award
One Best Oral/Poster Presentation will be selected from each
session, and the Best Oral/Poster Presentation Certificate
will be announced after the end of each session on Feb. 28-Mar. 01, 2025.
Dress Code
Please wear formal clothes or national representative of
clothing.
Personal Insurance
* It is required that all the participants should wear the
name badge when attending all conference sessions and
activities. Participants without a badge will not be allowed
to enter the conference venue.
* For your safety, please do not lend your name badge to the
persons who are not involved in the conference and do not
bring the irrelevant persons into the conference venue.
* The conference organizers cannot accept liability for
personal injuries, or for loss or damage of property
belonging to conference participants, either during, or as a
result of the conference. Please check the validity of your
own insurance.
